Form Originators/Submitters and Approvers can keep track of any form they have submitted or approved/declined from the Submission page of their Softdocs Etrieve Central dashboard.
OR Access the Softdocs Etrieve Central - Forms and Workflows dashboard from this myNOVA task item:

Click on the Submissions tab on the top of the dashboard to search for forms you have submitted or approved. Make sure the buttons on the top (needs review, in progress, completed) are cleared out to display all status options. Open the form you wish to view by clicking on the form row.

The History of the form should appear as a panel to the right of the opened form or after clicking on the menu file icon on the top right corner of the form. The History panel to the right of the form will provide information related to the status of the form.

The History Panel appears to the right of the form with record of the form work flow status.
Processed forms: Form originators/submitters and designated approvers (depending upon work flow configuration) will receive an email from Villanova Softdocs Notifications once the form has been processed and all changes made to the database record.
Declined forms: Form originators/submitters will receive a declined message from Villanova Softdocs Notifications if any portion of the request is declined. A new form must be submitted if declined. Previous approvers of a form that is declined later in the work flow receive a message indicating the form was declined.
Forms in the End state have completed the work flow and routed to Etrieve Content for retention according to University document retention rules.
