Zoom Room: Screen Sharing Instructions

1. Turn on classroom display.
2. Select Share on the Tap IP (touchscreen controller on wall).
3. Open the Zoom Workplace application on your laptop.
4. Sign in to Zoom.
5. Select Share Screen in the Zoom Workplace application.
6. Enter the Sharing Key, if prompted.
7. Select the screen or application that you want to share.
8. Select Share. The content now appears on the room display.

1. Find the Zoom sharing controls on your laptop, usually top center of laptop screen.
2. Select Stop Share.

If You Cannot Share Content Wirelessly:

• Make sure that your laptop is connected to the same network as the Zoom Room
• Make sure that Zoom uses the built-in microphone on your laptop

or

Share Content using HDMI wall plate:

• Turn on classroom display.
• Select Share on the Tap IP (touchscreen controller on wall).
• Plug in the HDMI cable that is connected to the wall plate.
• The content appears on the room display.
