Villanova Account: Issues Logging In After a Password Change

Overview

In the event that you are unable to log back into your Villanova account after a password change, follow these steps.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. If connected to VUMobile wireless, forget the VUMobile wireless network on all of your devices. 
  2. If using a Windows device, remove all Villanova credentials from the Windows Credential Manager.
  3. Reboot your device(s).
  4. Connect to VUMobile.
  5. Attempt to log back into Villanova resources.
