Overview
In the event that you are unable to log back into your Villanova account after a password change, follow these steps.
Troubleshooting Steps
- If connected to VUMobile wireless, forget the VUMobile wireless network on all of your devices.
- If using a Windows device, remove all Villanova credentials from the Windows Credential Manager.
- Reboot your device(s).
- Connect to VUMobile.
- Attempt to log back into Villanova resources.
