Overview
This article offers guidance on how to roll back edits made to a video presentation using the Mediasite web editor. Common use-cases for this type of edit include: you need to undo an entire section of edits, or you need to restore the original version of the video presentation.

For the best experience using the Web Editor, please first confirm that your device meets the minimum requirements, outlined in our knowledge article "Mediasite: Web Editor".
Instructions
1. Log into your MyMediasite account: https://vums-web.villanova.edu/mediasite/mymediasite/
2. Select the Mediasite presentation you want to edit by clicking its title or thumbnail image.
3. Select Edit Video from the right-hand navigation bar to launch the web editor in a new browser tab.
4. Click the Show revision history icon (#1). From the left-hand sidebar that pops out, select the Restore button (#2) next to whichever save point you'd like to return to. If you need to revert to an earlier version (including the original), select the Show More Revisions button (#3).
5. Your edits will only take effect after you save them to your video presentation. Please refer to our knowledge article "Mediasite: Save your video edits" to learn how to apply your edits.
