Xerographic Supplies & Equipment (XSE) is the university managed print service provider. The university procures printers and associated supplies through XSE.
Print Assessment Program
The "Print Assessment Program" is a department-by-department evaluation of printing equipment needs, physical location, and utilization of hardcopy devices.
As a part of the assessment, an XSE representative, working with department staff, will make a recommendation for the department for all printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. The department head will receive the assessment/recommendation via e-mail. The department head must sign off on the recommendation.

Service Levels
Printer Service, Repair, and Disposal
Network and desktop printers that exceed a 3- 5 year life cycle or that are not currently under warranty will be disposed of by upon receiving a call into the XSE Helpdesk for a repair. Departments and colleges are responsible for purchasing replacement printers out of their budget.
