1. Log in to your WeVideo account using the Microsoft Office365 button: https://www.wevideo.com/sign-in
2. Navigate to the Interactive Videos area.
3. Click the Actions button next to the video assignment you need to review for learner progress.
4. Select Monitor from the drop-down menu.
5. Select the Monitor button for the course in which you've assigned the interactive video.
6. In the Monitor view, you can quickly identify which students have completed the assignment and how they performed by reviewing key metrics such as:
- Student completion status
- Scores on interactions
- Time spent on each interaction
7. Review the color-coded interaction results:
- 🟢 Green = Correct responses
- 🔴 Red = Incorrect responses
- 🟡 Yellow = Partially correct or requiring manually graded responses
💡 Tip: Use color indicators to quickly scan for trends or problem areas across the class.
8. Click the gray box at the top of an interaction column to view detailed analytics and review generated graphs and trends showing student performance for that interaction.
📌 Note: These visualizations help identify commonly missed questions or concepts that may need reteaching.
9. Click on a student’s name to view their attempt. From this view, you can: Review all responses, Download submitted work (if applicable), and/or Reset the attempt if needed
⚠️ Warning: Resetting an attempt will remove the student’s previous responses. Confirm before proceeding.
10. Access Interactive Video Analytics for a broader view of performance, including visual reports such as:
- Bar graphs showing performance by interaction
- Pie charts displaying average scores and completion rates
