Description
VUConnect is Villanova University's next-generation wireless network, providing secure, seamless access to campus resources. Built on a Zero Trust Network Architecture model, VUConnect enhances protection of University data while delivering a more consistent and streamlined connectivity experience across supported devices.
Faculty, staff and students can use VUConnect to securely connect laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other eligible devices to the Villanova network.
Bring your own device (BYOD)
BYOD devices, including Villanova-managed macOS devices, must complete a one-time enrollment process on each device to install a security certificate before connecting to VUConnect. Instructions for downloading and installing the certificate are available through the VUConnect setup knowledge base articles.
Villanova-managed Windows devices
Villanova-managed Windows devices are configured to connect to VUConnect automatically. Simply select VUConnect from the list of available wireless networks to connect.
