Combining the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the power of a relational database, Airtable can be used to manage projects, track assets, collect information through forms, and create operational workflows without requiring advanced programming skills.
Airtable provides a variety of features that support academic and administrative use cases, including:

Cost
View-only access is provided at no cost to faculty, staff, and students. Editor licenses are paid licenses and costs are charged back to the requesting department.
Service Levels
University Technology Services (UTS) provides limited support for Airtable.
- License administration, including the assignment, modification, and removal of Airtable licenses.
- Coordination with Airtable administrators regarding access requests and licensing changes.
UTS does not provide application development, database design, workflow creation, troubleshooting, training, or end-user support for Airtable applications. Users and departments are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of their Airtable solutions.
