When an employee leaves the university, the supervisor will receive notifications indicating that the employee's Villanova University OneDrive content is accessible to the supervisor for transfer of content for business continuity. The supervisor will receive an email 30 days and 15 days prior to the former employee's account being deleted. The email message is similar to below providing time for the supervisor to transfer any files required for the department's operations:

After 7 days, Employee Name's OneDrive for Business will be permanently deleted. Go to Employee Name's OneDrive for Business at https://villanova-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user01_villanova_edu
- Use the Shared filter to view only shared files, or All to see everything.

- Use the Shared filter to view only shared files, or All to see everything.
- Select files using the checkbox in the table header.

- Click Move to, choose a destination, and check Keep sharing with the same people.

- Click Move to again to complete the transfer.
