Mediasite is a lecture capture tool available to anyone with an active Villanova account. Content can be posted to your LMS course page, embedded on a web page, or shared via a direct link.


Zoom Phone is Villanova University’s phone platform. It is a softphone system, meaning it is a downloadable application that allows you to make and receive phone calls over the internet using mobile devices and laptops.


Zoom Meetings is the university's web conferencing solution, allowing you to host virtual meetings with video and audio.

The Office of Information Security (OIS) conducts a security assessment as the initial step in a multi-phase evaluation by the University before approving or onboarding a new vendor/third-party within Villanova University's environment.
