The MyNova portal allows users to have access to many of Villanova's applications such as email, Banner, Brightspace, Novasis, and much more without having to separately log into those applications.

As part of Villanova’s continuing efforts to enhance data protection, the University offers Bitwarden as its official password manager for work-related credentials.
vDesktop is Technology Services' virtual desktop technology that provides access to a high-performing virtual machine through a variety of devices.
XFINITY On Campus provides Villanova students (living on campus) the ability to live-stream TV directly to any computer or mobile streaming device. Students can view content on-demand or watch live from a pre-selected line-up of channels.
The Web Services and Technologies group assists with several areas that involve AEM websites within the villanova.edu domain.
D2L-Brightspace will be Villanova University's new learning management system (LMS) for all courses starting with the Summer 2026 semester and can be accessed at brightspace.villanova.edu. D2L-Brightspace allows faculty and students to access course content, complete learning activities such as assignments & quizzes, provide grades & feedback, as well as offer additional modern, innovative learning technologies to use in courses.
The Comcast for Business TV service provides cable television to all academic and administrative areas across campus.
