Zoom Phone is Villanova University’s phone platform. It is a softphone system, meaning it is a downloadable application that allows you to make and receive phone calls over the internet using mobile devices and laptops.


University-Issued Mobile Devices provide eligible faculty and staff with a Villanova-managed devices to support job-related communication, productivity, and on-call responsibilities.

Requests for patches or upgrades to be applied to Banner.


Banner account creation, administration permission updates, account access resolutions. New employee accounts should be entered in the Access Control category.
