The Office of Information Security (OIS) conducts a security assessment as the initial step in a multi-phase evaluation by the University before approving or onboarding a new vendor/third-party within Villanova University's environment. Our main goal is to ensure these entities are properly vetted and provide appropriate protections for Villanova's institutional data. This process, otherwise known as the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) review, informs risk mitigation during the scoping and contracting phase, identifying additional contractual or technical/information security requirements and helping avoid unforeseen delays in engagement, implementation or onboarding.

The Comcast for Business TV service provides cable television to all academic and administrative areas across campus.

When a department(s) is relocating to a new physical space on Villanova's campus, Technology Services collaborates with the Facilities Management Office (FMO) to ensure the departments technology needs are met.


Zoom Phone is Villanova University’s phone platform. It is a softphone system, meaning it is a downloadable application that allows you to make and receive phone calls over the internet using mobile devices and laptops.


University-Issued Mobile Devices provide eligible faculty and staff with a Villanova-managed devices to support job-related communication, productivity, and on-call responsibilities.
